What are the advantages of GaAs power amplifiers, and what are the differences in application fields compared with silicon chips?

GaAs material features high electron mobility and low high-frequency loss, outperforming silicon counterparts in amplification performance across GHz frequency bands, and is widely used for RF transmitting modules. Silicon microchips are cheaper and suitable for low-frequency control circuits, while GaAs devices are adopted in industrial and special radio equipment.

Our GaAs products are manufactured in Russia with domestic technology and can fully replace imported components.
